Youth Director

Reports to: Director of Engagement

FLSA Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Hours: Sun – Thurs (may vary based on planned activities)

Location: Nashville, TN

West End Community Church is seeking a Youth Director to lead and grow our 7th-12th grade ministry. This leader will cultivate deep spiritual growth through gospel-centered teaching, relational discipleship, and dynamic engagement with students, parents, and volunteers. With a passion for mentoring and strategic ministry development, they will create impactful opportunities like camps, mission trips, and student leadership initiatives to build a thriving, Christ-centered community. Office Support Specialist

Reports to: Director of Operations

FLSA Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Hours: Mon – Fri, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Location: Nashville, TN

The Office Support Specialist at West End supports ministry objectives by coordinating office details, facility logistics, and other tasks to create a seamless experience for visitors, members, and staff alike. This role provides administrative support for the Director of Operations including reception, facilities calendar management, phone support, and supply management for the team. A willingness to learn new tasks, a cooperative team spirit, personal integrity, and self-motivation are key for this position.
