Youth Pastor

Reports to: Director of Family Ministries

FLSA Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Hours: Sun – Thurs (may vary based on planned activities)

Location: Nashville, TN

West End Community Church is seeking a Youth Pastor to lead and grow our ministry for students in grades 7–12 and to shepherd our Youth Coordinator Team. This leader will foster spiritual growth through gospel-centered teaching, relational discipleship, and meaningful connection with students, parents, and volunteers. With a heart for mentoring and a vision for developing ministry, the Youth Pastor will help shape camps, mission trips, and student leadership opportunities that build a strong, Christ-centered community. Adult Discipleship Coordinator

Reports to: Pastor of Discipleship

FLSA Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Hours: Sun – Thurs (may vary based on planned activities)

Location: Nashville, TN

We are seeking a full-time Adult Discipleship Coordinator to support and strengthen our adult discipleship ministry. This role serves as both an administrative and relational anchor, ensuring clear pathways and strong follow-through for the people we serve. This coordinator supports various adult discipleship offerings, including Sunday Morning Classes, Bible studies, retreats, and seasonal events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, spiritually mature, thrives in both strategic and service roles, and is eager to support ministry leaders and volunteers with excellence and a joyful heart.
