West End Community Church is seeking a Youth Pastor to lead and grow our ministry for students in grades 7–12 and to shepherd our Youth Coordinator Team. This leader will foster spiritual growth through gospel-centered teaching, relational discipleship, and meaningful connection with students, parents, and volunteers. With a heart for mentoring and a vision for developing ministry, the Youth Pastor will help shape camps, mission trips, and student leadership opportunities that build a strong, Christ-centered community.
