Director of Connection
Reports to: Senior Director of Connection & Family Ministry
FLSA Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Hours: Sun – Thurs (may vary based on planned activities)
Location: Nashville, TN
We are seeking a full-time Director of Connection who is gifted in leadership and has a heart for cultivating a church where people are known, welcomed, and meaningfully connected. This role provides strategic oversight of membership, volunteer development, and hospitality, helping people move from first visit to active participation in the life of the church. The ideal candidate is both a relational leader and a thoughtful strategist, able to build systems, develop teams, and align ministries around a shared vision for connection and belonging. This person will lead staff and volunteers, shape the Sunday and event experience, and help foster a culture of gospel-centered hospitality. Pastor of Community Development
Reports to: Pastor of Discipleship

We’re hiring a Pastor of Community Development to help lead and grow community life within our church. This role focuses on equipping Community Group leaders, shepherding adults into deeper connection, and helping people move from first visit to meaningful belonging. It’s a pastoral role with a strong emphasis on discipleship, leadership development, and relational care, working closely with our Adult Discipleship and Connection teams. We’re looking for someone theologically aligned with the Presbyterian Church of America (PCA) with a clear calling to pastoral ministry and a heart for building a deeply connected, Christ-centered community. Local Missions Coordinator
