We are seeking a full-time Director of Connection who is gifted in leadership and has a heart for cultivating a church where people are known, welcomed, and meaningfully connected. This role provides strategic oversight of membership, volunteer development, and hospitality, helping people move from first visit to active participation in the life of the church. The ideal candidate is both a relational leader and a thoughtful strategist, able to build systems, develop teams, and align ministries around a shared vision for connection and belonging. This person will lead staff and volunteers, shape the Sunday and event experience, and help foster a culture of gospel-centered hospitality.
