West End’s UpRise Nashville ministry gives Nashvillians the tools to stop living paycheck to paycheck, pulling many out of poverty, and opening the door to fruitful careers.
Within one year of graduating from the UpRise training program, graduates report an average pay increase of nearly $20,000! Graduates go on to work for employers like Google, Vanderbilt Medical Center, and Asurion, to name a few.
