We have comprehensive needs that the Gospel alone can meet. Healing was one of the hallmarks of Jesus’ ministry–a sign the Kingdom of God was near. Where Jesus went, people brought the sick, with various infirmities, to him and he healed them. As his followers, Scripture invites us to bear each other’s burdens, pray for each other and all forms of brokenness, including the sick, asking the Lord for his healing mercies to make them well.

The pastors of West End are calling anyone suffering from physical illness, sickness or physical pain to a time of healing prayer. While God does not promise that we shall be spared of suffering, God does promise to be present with us in our suffering, and to be the Father of mercies and comfort to us.

If you would like to receive prayer for physical healing, Pastors Scotty Smith, Greg Davis and Jack Foster, Teaching Elder Bill Delvaux and Worship Director Brett Taylor would love to pray for you. Please register below for a 30 minute time of prayer over Zoom. These will begin in March and run through May, from 7 to 9 p.m.
